Desire to relocate. Company reorganization has led to change in job content. Desire for a shorter commute to work.
- Out of Business: The company you worked for went out of business. Your company’s growth prospects are poor.
- Undervalued: You feel undervalued in your current role.
- New Challenges: You are looking for a new challenge. Desire to learn. Desire to gain a new skill or grow a current skill.
