  • Onsite Opportunity: Looking for company which provide onsite opportunity.
  • Promotion: Desire to take on more responsibility. You feel that you are ready to take up more responsibility.
  • Better Opportunities: You are looking for better career prospects, professional growth and work opportunities.
  • Relocate or Location issue: job that is closer to home. You decided to relocate to a new city. You have to travel on business too often. You are to be sent to a faraway foreign location. Desire to relocate. Company reorganization has led to change in job content. Desire for a shorter commute to work.
  • Out of Business: The company you worked for went out of business. Your company’s growth prospects are poor.
  • Undervalued: You feel undervalued in your current role.
  • New Challenges: You are looking for a new challenge. Desire to learn. Desire to gain a new skill or grow a current skill. 
  • Career Growth: You want a job with better career growth opportunities. 
  • Family/Personal Reason: You had to leave due to family or personal reasons. You need to be able to take better care of your family.
  • Working Hours: You don’t like the hours at your current job.
  • Health Reason: You had to leave for health reasons that have since been resolved.
  • Laid off: You were laid off or let go. You were made redundant or the company closed down.

  • Negative about company: The company turned out be disappointing.
