Soft Validation: It can be done with the help of market research by using tools like Facebook, Google, YouTube etc. to see if a topic is popular.
Approach to start a good Market Research
- Tactic: How do they advertise
- Similarities: What services do they offer that are similar to yours?
- Differences: What services do they offer that are different?
- Success Rate: Do they get more or less business than you?
- Opportunities: What are some of the things they are doing that you could be doing, too?
Hard Validation: It includes:
- Surveys
- E-mails
- Cold calls so as to build the reputation on social media.
