Vagrant is an open-source software product for building and maintaining portable virtual software development environments, e.g. for VirtualBox, Hyper-V, Docker containers, VMware, and AWS which try to simplify software configuration management of virtualizations in order to increase development productivity.
Vagrant uses "Provisioners" and "Providers" as building blocks to manage the development environments.
Provisioners are tools that allow users to customize the configuration of virtual environments.
Follow bellow steps to install Vagrant on MacOS Hight Sierra v10:
Step 1: go to this link
Step 2: Select macOS from different download links
Step 3: Open downloaded file
Step 4: Double click on vagrant.pkg
Step 5: Click Continue
Step 6: Click Install
Step 7: Enter System/User password
Step 8: Click Close
