Follow below steps to configure amazon workmail on Microsoft Office 365 Outlook:

Step 1: Go to File -> Add Account
Step 2: Enter your official email id abc@xyz.com
Step 3: Click on Advanced Options then select checkbox Let me set up my account manually
Step 4: Select Exchange
Step 5: Here you have option to use cached exchange mode and download email for the past. Change the setting as per your requirement and click Next
