Google Ads: Quality Score

Quality Score is the 1-10 rating that is reported for each keyword in your account calculated by estimating the quality of your ads and their associated landing pages.

It depends on following factors:

  • Click through Rate (CTR)
  • Relevance of each keyword to its ad group
  • Landing page experience

By analyzing thousands of PPC accounts, we know that Quality Score has a direct correlation on your PPC success. By optimizing your Quality score, you’ll be setting yourself up for higher return on investment (ROI). That’s because higher Quality Scores correlate with lower cost per conversion.
